Recent Experience
Toutou Security has recently supported several international and national organizations in the comprehensive development and implementation of safety and security management systems:
- Project HOPE (American NGO):
Consultancy from April 2022 to March 2023 to strengthen the capacities of two partner NGOs, ALPHALOG (Mali) and Brigade d’Intervention Médicale (BIM) (Haiti), including:
- Development of security plans, policies, and SOPs (travel, guarding, intrusions, fire prevention, armed robbery, kidnapping)
- Contingency planning (hibernation, evacuation, relocation)
- Development of Security Minimum Standards (SMS)
- Security reporting templates
- Training modules for guards and staff operating in hostile environments.
- NIMD Mali (Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy): Deployment of a comprehensive security management package for NIMD Mali and its partners, including the development of security plans and procedures, as well as training of all staff on safety, security management, and operational resilience in sensitive contexts.
- CECI Mali (Centre for International Studies and Cooperation): Similar support for establishing a comprehensive security management system and training of staff and national partners on safety culture, crisis management procedures, and operational security measures.
